Background to the function of this evaluation tool

This evaluation tool has been carefully designed by Ausmed Education Pty Ltd following extensive testing over many years. The basis of this tool is to encourage knowledge transfer reflection.This is free for you to use with your educational activity. Provide this tool at the conclusion of your educational activity. will assist in:

  1. Measuring what learners will intend to do as a result of the activity
  2. Finding out whether the learners consider it is likely to enhance patient care
  3. Encouraging learners to envision how they will implement what they have learned
  4. Identifying the perceived barriers that may prevent translation of knowledge to practice
  5. Identifying those perceived actions that would make translation easier
  6. Expanding and guiding learners’ capacity for reflection
